Currency:

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Eligibility to Purchase:

The purchase of services from The Fashion Workshop is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with New Zealand law. You must provide your real name, phone number, email address, and other requested information. When providing payment details, you must warrant that the payment details provided are yours and are both valid and correct. The Fashion Workshop is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility.

You must be at least 16 years old to take our classes.

Payments:

Payments are by credit card via Paypal, or by bank deposit. When paying by credit card you should receive instant confirmation of payment. When paying by bank deposit payment instructions will be sent with your order confirmation email, and your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.

If paying by Paypal/Credit Card within Paypal, the card/account must be yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer (ie.Visa). If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, The Fashion Workshop will not be held responsible for any failed booking. If a Paypal payment is cancelled by the account holder, The Fashion Workshop will not be held responsible for any failed booking.

NB: You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal just your Credit card! Visit www.paypal.com for more information.

Your booking will be confirmed once full payment is recieved.

Deliveries:

Spotlight Promotion (this promotion is not currently running): Spotlight Gift Cards will be posted the following business day. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. At the time of confirmation, your Gift Card's unique identity number will be emailed to you. Please register this number on the Spotlight website as soon as possible to protect yourself from loss or damage of the card during delivery.

Refunds/Cancellations:

For a full refund (minus a $10 administration fee) due to cancellation we require at least 7 days notice. After this time we are unable to provide any refund for a cancellation. You may of course send someone else in your place.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the workshop and the service provided we will be happy to refund your money.
